Suitable for all breeds, ages and sizes of cats and dogs, our duck necks contain only high-quality, natural duck and bone. Naturally low in fat and containing high-quality protein, raw duck is a great choice for optimal canine and feline health. High-quality duck is rich in nutrients such as B-vitamins like niacin and pyridoxine, immune system boosters like zinc and selenium and Omega-3 fatty acids which promote a healthy coat and skin for your pet.
Raw bones are a biologically appropriate and natural food for dogs and cats. Chewing and gnawing at bones provides huge enjoyment for pets, as well as causing a natural release of serotonin ' the 'feel good' chemical. They're also a great way to add a variety of texture to your pet's diet.
Duck is considered a 'novel' protein for dogs and cats. This means that it has not been usually been eaten before and therefore they have not developed intolerances or allergies towards it. This means that it is a great treat choice for pets who suffer from sensitive stomachs, common allergies and intolerances.

This is a frozen raw meat product and must be stored and handled accordingly. Once defrosted this product will remain fresh for 3-4 days in the refrigerator
Being a fresh product once defrosted, keep for 48-72hours in a refrigerator. This meal should be fed raw. Thoroughly defrost food before serving.
Always remember good hygiene practices, handle as you would any other raw meat. Wash hands and utensils after handling.
Dispose of any uneaten items 24 hours after defrosting.
Frozen Orders are dispatched on a Tuesday or Wednesday Only, we recommend orders of 6Kg or more, For Orders below 4Kg we are not responsible for defrosted goods.
As long as the defrosted products are not warm to the touch when they arrive they can safely be refrozen and used as normal, our pets have much stronger stomachs than us to cope with these scenarios.
Due to issues previously we have noted several delays to frozen orders dispatched on a Monday or Thursday therefore we have decreased our dispatch days to a Tuesday or Wednesday only. We do not dispatch frozen orders the day after a bank holiday either due to noted delays. We want our frozen goods to arrive with you in good time and excellent condition.
1-2 DAY DELIVERY
All Frozen orders are dispatched on a Tuesday & Wednesday ONLY . Orders placed before 10am on Tuesday & Wednesday will be dispatched same day for delivery the following day for N. Ireland & Ireland - 99% of orders are delivered the next day occasionally this may be extended to 2 days due to area restrictions or delays with our couriers this is out of our control.
Standard UK mainland is a 1-2 day service depending on your area. We recommend orders over 6kg to minimize defrosting.
Orders placed after 10am on Wednesday’s will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.
Bank holiday orders will be despatched on the next working Tuesday.
Please update your Safe Place at Checkout to avoid frozen orders being returned to the depot due to a failed delivery.
