Express Orders are prioritized and are processed before our standard orders.
All express orders are processed within 1 business day, orders received before 10am are guaranteed dispatched the same day. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, please check your junk email as occasionally these go in here.

All Standard orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, please check your junk email as occasionally these go in here.
Frozen Orders are dispatched on a Tuesday or Wednesday Only
Due to issues previously we have noted several delays to frozen orders dispatched on a Monday or Thursday therefore we have decreased our dispatch days to a Tuesday or Wednesday only. We do not dispatch frozen orders the day after a bank holiday either due to noted delays. We want our frozen goods to arrive with you in good time and excellent condition.
We are currently only able to ship Frozen Goods to Ireland Counties within Leinster. This is due to numerous delays to orders outside this area and frozen goods being spoiled we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
During busy periods we continue to process & dispatch orders as normal however once your order has been dispatched delays in the postal/courier service are unfortunately out of our control.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Lisburn Dog Groomers. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared* and we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
* Items in stock are usually ready for collection within 2 hours of order confirmation but can be up to 24 hours (Mon - Fri). Items with a 3 - 5 day dispatch time as stated on the product page are available for collection within 3 - 5 working days.
Our in-store pickup hours are Mon 8am - 4pm, Tues, Weds & Thurs, 8am - 7.30pm, and 9am - 1.30pm Friday & Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive. Orders must be placed before midday on a Friday for a Saturday Collection

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. For Petz NI is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available as your parcel makes its way through our couriers system.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@forpetzni.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DPD.ie for shipping your orders.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at sales@forpetzni.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
