Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@forpetzni.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please see costs of return shipping below.
Labels are only valid for 7 days after we have processed and sent it to your email, please ensure they are dropped at a post office within this time frame.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as raw food, or live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us with your exchange details on help@forpetzni.co.uk and return the item you have via a tracked service, once we receive notification of the tracking number, we will dispatch your replacement item. If an untracked service is used to return your item your replacement item will be shipped as soon as the incorrect item has reached our shop.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Where we have sent a returns label for Royal Mail or Parcelforce we will refund the original amount of the order minus the return shipping fee of £3.95 for Small Parcels, £4.95 for Medium Parcels and £6.95 for Large Parcels, provided these orders have been dropped off at your local post office within 7 days of the returns label being sent via email. If a collection is required and we have arranged this for you this is charged at £4.95.
For orders requiring a return via DPD this is charged at £9.95 plus collection charge of £4.95 where applicable.
You are of course welcome to use your own courier/postal service to return items to us if you prefer but please be aware you will be responsible if parcels go missing therefore a refund cannot be processed. If using your own method please use a tracked service where possible.
