We have been informed of upcoming industrial action dates that are affecting our estimated delivery times with Royal Mail & Parcelforce. We cannot guarantee our expected delivery times at this time as both Parcelforce and Royal Mail have removed their guaranteed delivery times for their services. We have suspended all Frozen Orders for delivery during this time as we cannot guarantee a next day delivery with any of our courier services due to the pressure this industrial action is putting on all our couriers' systems. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. We have temporarily offered a DPD.ie option to our NI & Ireland Customers which may be more reliable at this time but unfortunately the rates provided to us are not as good and this may mean slightly more expensive shipping.
