We are continuing to experience delivery delays, with not only Royal Mail & Parcelforce but the continued strike action is now placing additional pressure on other courier services available. We are advising customers to place their orders at least 2 weeks before they require a pet food top up. Our incoming stock is being affected as well as outgoing orders and whilst we are doing everything we can to minimize disruption and continue to provide the service our customers have been used to since we opened we are still seeing delivery delays across all platforms, as are many businesses like ourselves who rely on courier services. Unfortunately the CWU has formally notified Royal Mail that they plan to call on their members to take national strike action on further dates in December the 1st, 9th and 11th. Please accept our apologies for any problems this may cause you; we hope to be back to our normal service levels as soon as possible. After much consideration and checks we have added Evri and Yodel to our services list for small parcels and DPD for Larger Parcels. We are also continuing to send Royal Mail and Parcelforce on their Tracked24 service only to minimize delays.
