Due to the ongoing Chaos the Royal Mail Strikes are causing we have had no choice but to review our last postage dates before Christmas. As of Friday 16th December no Royal Mail Delivery options are guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas, we have been told this by Royal Mail themselves and unfortunately from what we are seeing with parcels we have sent this week we are having to agree this is not a reliable service for any orders our customers would like to receive before Christmas. Please avoid using Royal Mail if you are in a hurry for your items. Evri & Yodel are under alot of pressure and are struggling with demand so it is likely orders placed using these methods of delivery from this point on will arrive after Christmas also. Potential Delivery Before Christmas Options: DPD UK - Order before 12pm Tuesday 20th December for Christmas Delivery. Orders are currently taking 3-4 days to arrive with our UK customers via DPD, their last delivery day is Saturday 24th December. DPD IE - Order before 12pm Wednesday 21st December for Christmas Delivery. Orders are currently taking 2-3 days to arrive with Ireland and Northern Ireland Customers via DPD, their last delivery day is Saturday 24th December. Parcelforce48 - Order before 12pm Tuesday 20th December for Christmas Delivery. Orders are currently taking 3-4 days to arrive via Parcelforce48, their last delivery day is Saturday 24th December. Parcelforce24 - Order before 12pm Wednesday 21st December for Christmas Delivery. Orders are currently taking 1-3 days to arrive via Parcelforce24, their last delivery day is Saturday 24th December. Our last dispatch day before Christmas for all orders is Wednesday 21st December. We are stocktaking on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd but our website remains online for ordering. Any orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday 21st December will be dispatched on Wednesday 28th December for Royal Mail & Parcelforce and Thursday 29th for other services. Our collection point at Lisburn Dog Groomers remains open until Friday 23rd December but orders must be placed by 10am Thursday 22nd to guarantee your order will be ready before Christmas. We will be closed again on Monday 2nd January but reopen Tuesday 3rd January when we will resume our normal hours. We would like to take this time to apologise that we have been unable to meet our usual speedy delivery targets due to this ongoing disruption that is out of our control however we have done everything we can at our end to try and provide a good service at this time. We are hopeful our speedy delivery will return to normal in the New Year!
